right some good advice her people,i think im going to have a go at cutting down,trying with 3 tonight,on me 2nd now

i do need get mesen in shape,im a right mess really but its easier to sit and drink than go running,got no willpower really,but im guna try walking abit more aswell

 

if it helps mate i drink every night, around 4-6 cans of fosters for me. I used to go out up town 3 times a week and drink shit loads but cant be arsed with that anymore so jus drink at home. I do look forward to a drink at night but i can go without

as its a weekend im on my 6th
