need help fast

just putting the cosworth engine back together

i need to know how to set you the timing / cam belt

asthe head has been off and stripped i need to know how to set up the cams and crack pulleys

any one have pictures and anything that shows me how to set up the cam belt

i know you have a v cut into th crank pully and you have a arrow on the dizzy pulley and then arrows on each cam pulley

how do i set the pullys up when fitting the cam belt ???

need help asap as i need to get this done tonight

dont time it to the groove on the crank pulley!
use the sticking out lobe on the pulley instead!
look carefully at the picture on the thread given above!!?!?!?!
