You seem to be making the incorrect assumption that people building 500bhp turbo motors or who have done in the past cant offer you useful advice towards a 600bhp one.
I have never built a YB engine, none at all, but i could still usefully talk to you for hours about the block preperation on one based on other engines ive built, but hey ho, that wont interest you cause it wasnt a 600bhp YB so the stresses obvously have nothing in common!
You can lead a horse to water
You can pour it a glass
You can open its mouth
You can pour the water in its mouth
You can grab it by the balls to encourage it to swallow
But you cant MAKE it drink
