Default YB vs Pinto(OHC) head gaskets

anybody know what is the differences between standart headgaskets for pinto and for YB(1261)?
Seems they totally the same! Both Viktor Reinz, the same shape, thickness, materials etc.
What is the real difference, or just marketing?

Tbh i think the same the only visable difference is the std gasket has a metal ring around the oil return hole on the left hand rear of gasket were the GRP A one has nothing

Take a felpro uprated pinto gasket which is good for a comp ratio of 14:1 then surely it would be ok on a cossie

IIRC there is a water or oil way that is covered by the pinto gasket. Many moons ago I witnessed a garage drill a pinto gasket to fit in a cossie engine

I have run a modified (as above) Pinto headgasket in my Cosworth for over a year 5 years ago. No problems at all. Stage 1 engine.

Don't know if they're the same or how much longer it would have survived though...
