hi, im guessing there will be a few guys on here with nitro rc cars.

does anyone know were i can get a 1/10 truck (lorry) bodyshell?
&
either an escort cosworth or sierra cosworth bodyshell?

(ive only got 1 bodyshell atm & its a evo6 in tommy makkinen colours)

You won't find an Rs500 shell in 1/10th they were made by Kyosho in some weird near 1/8th scale back in the 80's

You can get the Escort Cosworth WRC shells, but i've only ever seen them come with the complete tamiya car kits, an original escort cosworth shell is now like trying to find a reliable ford

As for truck shells, i've just spent a few mins searching the shops I always buy from and can't find anything other than 4x4 type truck shells, no lorries i'm afraid.

Not sure about the truck shells but i do know that the sierra coswoth shells are a no no as ive been searching for a while myself ! Your best bet is a Tamiya Escort cosworth shell but these sell for a fortune if you can find one ! There are others but the Tamiya ones have the best detail !

back in the 80's I had a 1/10 Tamiya Falcon with a 3 door / Rs500 shell, was made by parma iirc.

ive just found a company called www.kamtec.co.uk they have mk1 escort shells, escort van shells, 3dr cossy shells, escose shells & a realy crap saph shell =)

a lot of kamtec stuff is for the 1:12 scale ........ i have a 1:12 lwb transit shell on my 1:10 looks more like the new mini clubman...

as for a lorry

1/10 come in 2 sizes, 190mm or 200mm. if the car was a Tamiya the the 190 is needed, if you do get a 200mm one you might need the wheels with less off an offset.

as above .i run both size shells on my tamiya 1:10 , just changing wheels so they "look right"

can't really help tbh, it was a car boot find with a part constructed/knackered nitro kit........... it said tsn4 thunder tiger but the box was full of bits and pieces...........
