Default Another Addition to the track car *now with graph pmsl*

The track goooon has been a little spoilt over past few weeks

We have fitted a Bias Box to help it stop
Ordering some new rubber of Reyland next week

And today we fitted some Poly.

We are just deciding whether to move to a T34 Turbo or Not

The goooon is certainly gonna be at Combe

Weight should be around 785kg now

Reckon it would be awesome with a T34, the graph below was last but one on a T3 that one was 242bhp & 270ft lb

Trial fit of the new turbo and bugger the gearbox gets in the way of the inlet

So remove it gently

With that sorted its time to start making a complicated downpipe

And completed, also showing the old down pipe and turbo

Just need to get it all back together now

Set up our car loads of times, really good, we just keep changing stuff
He is big in the mini world, and does lots of mini turbos, carb rebuilding, supercharged minis
He also races in the championship,
He does corner weighting, race prep full builds, but mainl for us, holds about 500 different sized carb needles, and has emry cloth to file the needles shouls we need it PMSL

got to be worth it for the laughs had by wasting some expensive sports car in a maestro!!!

Thats why the good old MG maestro turbos were cool cars. Never before had a car with such low street cred and such a poor image gone so fast until it broke down of course!!!!

Well we got some results today, we where not chasing BHP just looking to see the power delivery move further up the rev range

At 1.5 bar on the T34 we managed an extra 10bhp but more importantly an extra 50ftlbs of torque and a more progressive curve

So 318ftlbs for Gooony now

MAkes 250 ft lb between 2300 & 3300 rpm should be ok pulling out the corners
