If it is just a standard ISCV modified for ALS then yes, absolutely no problem. Will idle like it did before.
The only problems we run into with ALS is with the top hat style valves - they really spoil a road car, much better for competition cars IMO

To clarify, we dont sell the valves at all. My ECU software suits any type of valve and I have done ALS systems that bypass so much air on our L8 and P8 software that run 20+psi with a closed throttle, i simply supply instructions showing how to mod the standard valve if you wish to have a car that still cold starts and idles as standard without wiring in bigger valves on a separate switch.

sorry stu i thought you would have done a exchange for modded valve, obviously not,
when you say "I have done ALS systems that bypass so much air on our L8 and P8 software that run 20+psi with a closed throttle,"
what valve is that on ? as surely the standard one wont open enough to get enough air through ?
i know its done on fuel/ignition cuts ect but would you still want alot of air by passing the throttle, so my questions, it the standard valve capable of this ?

We use Bosch valves that bypass air from before the throttle body back to the elbow and sometimes three of them wired in parallel. Those top hat valves really are rubbish and we avoid them like the plague, preferring to run a standard idle valve for normal running and Bosch rotaries for ALS.

ah so a remote valve as such why do you not like the top hat ones?
they seem to work well ?!

the top hat valves are shite, and i speak from competition experiance, they stick, sometimes they work sometimes they dont, they need regular maintenance, and then they only work for ALS, so a few years ago i modded a std valve to enable idle control to stil be of use, and they added a rotary valve with 20mm take off before and after the throttle body, then wired to so i could have mild version and a full on version, was pretty scary coming back onto full throttle in the forrest with full boost, never did get used to it and all that was on MSD P8 software
