Default Copying CD's to Laptop - Help Needed Please

Here's my problem.

I'm trying to RIP the CD to my laptop to copy it to a dongle. However, when I put the CD into the laptop it doesn't display the right title of the CD or the right songs on the playlist. It does show the right details for CD2 but not for CD's 1&3. It does however play the right songs

Anyone have any idea why it's doing this??

Cheers

stop it playing / auto play etc, then
go start> my computer> then open the cds file, should all be in there to drag and drop to your usb stick

But it will still not have the Disc info unless it is on the cd from factory which is rare!

On the rip page on media player there is a little button that says 'find album info' click that and you can type the disc title in and it should be able to find it, you will just have to select the right one!

It has the details of a completely different CD though.

I'm trying to copy Dave Pearce Trance Anthems 2009 but the CD is showing the details for Dave Pearce Trance Anthems 2008 with different songs on it, for example the first song is Alice Deejay - Better off alone.

When you play the first song though it is the song off the 2009 album. CD2 shows up the correct details for the 2009 album, the title and songs are OK

put in the title and search for it. if it doesn't find it you can edit it manually.

and a dongle is something completely different to a memory stick

Use a program called Audiograbber. It can connect to the net and download the info based on the CD serial info. It should get the right info, the ripped files can then be copied to the USB key (dongle).
