hi when people say for example my cars running 350bhp ..do they meen at the wheels or at the flywheel regards matt

that depends if they are quoting flywheel or wheel figs

Flywheel generally as that's what the manufacturers quote.

it would also be flywheel, as the manufacturers generally use that method
