27 months and 18months driving ban iirc. The judge was lienient apparently as it only took 1 punch to kill the 25yr old. Should never of been any punches imo

seems realistic to me as well.reading that it sounds like the dead guy was driving like a dick . if you both pull over its not to exchange pleasantries . his death is off his own making.

i must see it different then, wether the guy meant to do it or not he killed him... i know if someone killed someone i knew and they got 27months id be disgusted with it and im sure you guys wouid be to

A lad was killed last week near me. From what i gather he knocked a blokes wing mirror ridding past.
Bloke went after him, knocked him down in the car, drove off and handed himself in later. Lad died at the scene!!
IMO more and more people far to ready to give out beatings, and more and more people seem to be dying over stupid things.

a single punch and falling and hitting theyre head is to a point an accidental death, you wouldnt expect that to happen.

im guessing theres been a bit of abuse both ways with someone gesticulating to pull over. theyve not both pulled over for a chat about the weather so theres been intent and fault with both.

he didn't just punch someone which ever way you look at it he killed someone had it not been for him the guy would still be here, like i said if it was someone you knew or related to there is no way you would be saying well he only punched him so seems fair
