Has anyone had it done?
I've just come back from the dentist now and after reading their little leaflets I quite fancy it.

Ł30 at home by myself gel shit in a gumshield worked ok for me only used it twice meant to carry on but i didnt bother but was ok. if i wanted it to look perfect i would of carried on but was fine for that weekend

my wifes a dental nurse shes just done hers recently you go and get a gum shield fitted for your shape of teeth,then you get syringes of gel which you fill in the gum shields then place in your mouth and go to sleep but you can do it during the day just cannot eat,you do this a few times.works well

I wouldn't take it to extremes or anything like that.
Healthy teeth have a good coat of enamel, which is lightly "off" white. Proper white white teeth ain't gonna be as healthy

A tiny bit discoloured. I had a scale and polish today so they look ok, but it'd be nice if they were just a bit more white.
