FAO Male and Female PF tarts!
Possibly the gayest question I've ever asked but.....
Teeth whitening.. I used to smoke and drink coke etc and my teeth are a bit yellow, but I haven't smoked for years, don't drink tea coffe or coke anymore and would like to have whiter teeth especially for the wedding photos next month
So what works? I've seen these kits that you can buy on ebay that consist of a gum shield bit and some dental gel.. do they work and pro's con's any other methods??
Cheers

Try Eucryl [Spelling] Tooth powder, I smoke and it helps alot, its semi abrasive but you only use it a couple times a week
My mate has been using one of those gum shield things and its worked quite well, although apparently it makes you dribble like a fat bloke in a pie shop.
Go to your dentist first and get a proper clean, had mine done a couple weeks ago privately [think the waiting list for NHS is about 6 years ] and the clean only cost about Ł30 and was well worth it

They do use the same Gels, but the Gumshields that the Dentist supplies are alot better.... you just stick em in overnight. Not that hard to do, but you soon get bored doing it!
I thought I was actually getting the laser kinda treatment which is what I wanted and is what you should get!

The feedback has so many people saying it works it makes me want to try for a tenner but then I don't want to fuck my teeth up aswell!

My best mate did the overnight gum shields from her dentist for a two week period (I believe you can only do it 2 weeks at a time). This was the safest and cheapest option at the time (last year) as apparently the way they used to do it has recently been banned in the UK pending further investigation into long term affects. Thats what her dentist told her anyway.
I cant remember how much it cost but I know it wasn't hugely expensive, it worked too!
