I'm Finding My Feet Here Now
the problem is that the sapphire cossie is seen as the crap cossie out of the 3 door and escos, the sapp cossie is used all year round in most cases, the most abused and unlooked after out of all the cossies(how many really poor examples of 3 doors/escos do you see compared to sapp's)I am sorry to say the sapp cossie will all but disappear in the future and it will be the 3 doors/escos that will live on and hold gain there value!
Like said above how hard is it to find a nice spec good condition 2wd sapp now!

its a shame that the number of sapphires are dropping now with so many being broken etc.Came very close to adding mine to that list but mine will live on nowrepairing it and should be back on road hopefully for central day!

How do people i also own a saph ( taxi ) 2wd and it is in need of some tlc the under neath is in a very bad state of repair but i would rather leave it in the garage for a year until i can afford to sort it than break it puts a smile back on me face every time i open the garage door.
p.s. if anyone has or knows of a good shell please let me know lol

sideways all the way!
my saff isnt the tidest about and ive spent a lot on it making it better and im still spending, but im a fucking hardcore saff owner,my car will not be gettin broke for the sake of money, when i bought it i was realistic about how much it would cost, and cost it will,i never have and never will look to recoup the money, its my hobby spending on it but i fully realised that before i bought it.

escorts look like they have been driven through halfords with evo stick on its panels and every go faster goodie stuck to it
3 doors most are rotten old dogs and the ones that arnt flex badly
saffs are just a 2.0 ghia with a silly engine lol
did i mention im breaking mine https://passionford.com/forum/sin-bin/290559-cossie-carbon-bonnet-carbon-cambelt-covers-ect.html
with thiscurrent climate every thing is so cheap evo's m3's ect why drive a 20+ year old shag heap when you can drive a nice dry reliable car that you can actually do a track day drive it there and back without the aa involved
but back to breaking well the cars are never worth what you spend on them and a cossie is worth fuck all in one piece so you have to rip them to bit to get a return unless ur mad lol

lol, you would be right if i had honed it
fyi, i was never going to strip the engine to bare block again, that decision had already been made, so it was decided it either worked with this hone, or not...
it didnt,no bother it was my choice to try it
and what has any of my choices got to do with you?
