Default Train Suicide

Just found out a old school mate of mine committed suicide late friday night at Hayes & Harlington Station.

Only saw him a while back and he seemed happy. Amazing how a brave face can cover everything up in someones life

That sucks man. The guy is same age as me (22). Parents shouldn't have to see their children being buried or cremated.

I guess majority of these sort of things happen due to loneliness

sorry to hear about your mate

it's easy enough to jump in front of a train, and, to be honest, it's really easy as i've contemplated it myself at various times in the past

but it's what happens afterwards that stops people from doing it, people think of their families and those they will leave behind and all the suffering they will have to endure

even in my short time on the planet, i've seen too much death of friends, family, nearest and dearest, but it seems that the only time that all my mates come together now is when we go to a funeral or a wedding

there was one last year where a mother jumped in front of the train with her 2 small kids at southall then her mother in law did the same thing a few weeks later

what a terrible terrible state of affairs when you fel that topping yourself is your only option rather than speaking to someone about it

not good at all mate!! a few years back now my mate died from taking a bad pill at a new years party and i had only seen him about 3 days beforehand!! it was quite a shock thinking back now as i had known him all my life and we were only 19 at the time!! nobody should be getting buried at 19.
Some people can hide what they are going through really well and thats what shocks us most when they do something silly as we dont ever expect it from them

I remember the Southall one mate. Was Awful. Only minutes from my place.

My mates funeral was on the 27th Last month and i couldn't believe how many people i haven't seen in almost 10 years were there. His poor mum lost it after the cremation. Really hit everyone.

If only we knew what was going on in peoples lives/heads, we could step in and be there for them, if only we had that crystal ball!! Sad loss of a young life, but if only they would stop and think of the family and friends they leave behind because they are the ones who will realy suffer now.

it's amazing how many people people you know know, unfortunatly though, nowadays it does take a funeral to meet them after so long

we all said that we would keep in touch after the last one, but it's still very difficult when you start to spread your close mates around the country when you get married or move we should all try harder
