Angry bumper strip adhesive!!!!!!!!!!

does any1 no how to remove this?? ive taken the strips off my focus door and and remove this thick adhesive thats underneath. ive tried hot soapy water and autoglym intensive tar remover and a a finger nail. no joy. anybody got any ideas? cheers

A caramel wheel is what you need
The tar remover will get it off, but it'll take fookin ages

merseyspeed might have them, near rockferry train station (under a new name but ave forgot it)

couple of places on the durly industrial estate aswell. part-co near James engineering.

get a hair dryer or a hot air gun, warm it up n pull it off, just dont go mad with it, that worked on my mk 4 escort

sounds like he has taken em off and the glue is still on so it's to late to do that.

am on my ay to merseyspeed as we speak. need to do this today its fustrating!!
Neighbours must think am crazy sat on the driveway in a campin chair with a bowl of hot water and a laptop. ive even tried brake laquor cleaner. not goin to take the paint of aswel is it?

Just to add, I doubt it will apply to you, but my friend did his on his new car he bought and it turned out it had, had a paintjob were they sprayed over the moulding, and when he took the caramel wheel to it, it left nothing but laquer and flakes of paint. He regretted doing that.

lol well i just been to rockferry, they never even heard of it any other ideas? and just to add the the embaesment i now have a pink hairdrier

thats the fella. and they do a great job aswel just needed a good polish afterwards. took me half an hour to do both doors and quarters!
