Turned out to be one expensive car then,about Ł100,000 
if four people purchased it and yet no one owns it

Chops called last night to ask if it was the same car i've just bought but the main differences are,
1. I've actually seen the car i have purchased.
2. I've given it a test drive
3. have checked all the documents in person
4. have only left a deposit and will pay the full amount tomorrow when i collect it.
Feel sorry for the lass but you need to reaserch these things before you buy.
I went through the process of PM's etc on the CSL site regarding the one i've bought as you just cant be sure so best to check if anyone knows the car even before you go and look at it.

its stated the car sold to the bird was black yes ?
i thought all csl's were grey / silver ?
if so then shouldnt that of set alarm bells ringing straight away ?

To be brutally honest though in todays world, anybody that pays for a car like that without seeing it or driving it is asking for trouble by getting taken for a ride either financially or buying a dog of a motor. Not that she deserved to get done over tho.

I Bought my Last X5 by only speaking to the guy on the phone and aranging it to be picked up by transporter as i couldnt get time off work, I paid full amount into his bank.
Ok i was shitting it but i did get the car. i did do some checks before i sent the money for peace of mind.

harsh but fair. if your stupid enough to buy a car blind and pay up front having never seen it in the classic ebay scam then you bring it on yourself.
