Default norton antivirus
hi my mom has bought an update norton antivirus for her computer but just cant get it to work. its dated norton 2008 obviously now being 2009 will it make a difference does she need the 2009 one or not as the lady in the shop told her it would be ok. PLEASE help hers doing my head in with it now

get her to take to back to the shop and get a refund

Norton is utter shite; resource hungry and just slows up your PC

remove it from her pc completely and install FREE software, Avast or AVG is brilliant, much better than most paid for software

Yeah, you will need to google "norton antivirus removal tool" to actually get rid of it properly, THATS how wank it is, you cant even uninstall it

Install AVAST which is free, and it will do the job
