You can still get them from ford as ive bought one before.
and they are surprisingly inexpensive!

I have a new one in the ford packet you can have it for £20
they are about £2.50 from ford new
I bought 2 so I had a spare for when they stop making them.
while your there buy a gearknob too, there are also very cheap
