Default Does anyone use a left hand drive car daily in the UK?

As above i'm looking at an F150 lightning saturday which is obviously left hand drive and wondering how people find sitting on the other side of the car driving in the UK? I've driven a limo in the UK and found it ok but obviously not everyday! Are there any annoying things that make it awkward being on the left?

Cheers
Chris

Car park barriers, when you're on your own.

Yes.

Only thing is car park barriers. which just means you have to have a working electric window and be able to lean across. You also have to be more sensible pulling up to barriers. Which may be a pain in something as big as a F150. Saying that how many car parks can one of those things fit in anyway

I used a LHD saphire cossie in the uk for a few years and never had any problems, you get used to it very quickly, only problem being car parks but you can lean over the seats

lol, ah yeah its got the 3 seats across the front!! Never thought about that, will be a pain and the dartford tunnel!!!! Also better check the height restriction for car parks!! (or is that an excuse for a lowering kit!!!!).

car parks, mcD's (priorities lol) toles, cant think of anything that would be an issue really if the cab is nice and big so you can hop over.

Will take no longer than the bird that pulls up to far from the ticket machine and has to climb out the window!!

So far it seems the biggest problem is the McDonalds drive through...

Im sure you can sacrifice that for the sake of a nice motor!

Also the fun you'll have fooling police, other motorists and your mates who are trying to enter the car on the wrong side will be priceless..

My mate used to have a left hand drive range rover, we used to take a spare steering wheel out with us the looks on peoples faces when (sat in the right seat!), your steering wheel "falls off" and you start waving it about and shouting, and your mate gently bumps it up the kerb/over an island is priceless
