Default Fitting an Eboost AND setting up gear dependent boost

Bought a Turbosmart Eboost, and looking into the instruction manual and reading some old posts, the gear dependant boost needs a serperate solenoid to activate it?

Has anyone had experience with what needs doing/buying?

Iam happy to take it a tuner, but dont want them to say it cant be done or it needs this or that to work, so rather buy everything or confirm it all now

Finally, can most tuners do this? As its a long old drive to MSD for a boost controller to be set up, but not sure who else to trust! TOTD?

Cheers
