What colour is the smoke?

When is it happening? All the time? On boost? etc...

you've mentioned all obvious points. mine was doing the same and afriad it is too much pressure in the crankcase!

does it smoke out of the breather on boost? mine did. advice is to strip it down now before it goes bang like mine did!

Is the hose to the map sensor connected?? Mine pooped off once and I thought I'd fooked the engine because of all the smoke! It was runnin slightly rich!!

The rings and headgasket are gone now tho!

Hope it aint too serious.

as Dave has said check this 1st as it is common on t2's that the return pipe gets clogged up so oil builts up inside pipe and goes back into the turbo which will cause smoke out the exhaust. (that is if your using the same return pipe) failing that and everything else is checked then
