Default can you insure 2 cars with 2 different companies?

as above, iv got a policy on my fiesta, can i take another out with a different company for my series 1!

Yep, but you cant apply no claims to 2 seperate policies iirc

you can have as meny cars as you wont but each insurance one starts as a new one policy

so i can only put no claims on one policy say the series 1 not the fiesta, not both!?!?!

Afirmative.

You may find the second insurer if its for a second car applies some sort of discount.

I used to have my cossie insured with adrian flix and my fiesta with admiral.They are both insured with adrian flux now.

why not insure the s1 on a classic policy where u dont need any no claims but cant earn any either and use the no claims on your other car.
thats wot i do. costs me £200 a year fully comp for the mk2 and £260 !!!! for my shitty 106 diesel with 7 years ncd!! would be cheaper to insure a rst than the pug!!

A lot of the Series 1 RST owners on the RSOC & Series 1 site seem to use Paul & Need 2 Insure for classic policies on their S1's

He always comes up highly recommended whenever anyone asks about insurance on the S1

He also does all other sorts of insurance so well worth a call.
