Increase the pagefile.. but better still, buy some more physical RAM!

Reboot to free virtual mem - or increase the page file is usually the better long term solution.

you are running a dodgy App

control, alt, Del and have a look which app is taking memmory, unless your machin is 5 years old, you have a dodgy app
