Ask Tiff who went out with me loads (before the engine was giving me grief!) how much it was understeering!! Admittedly I am a crap driver but even i'm better than that! Properly rolling roadblocking man!!!
Still had great fun, lots serious sideways (almost every lap I did the straight behind the pitland swapping from lock to lock in that way RWD cossies do ) Only had 2 offs all day, one was at the first corner/hairpin and I was just arsing about and spun it coming out and the other was mental!! The 3rd corner after the main straight left hander, back end came out so I corrected and lifted off very slightly and bang! Snapped back facing the other way in 3rd gear straight onto the grass narrowly avoiding those random oil/petrol stock things they keep in the middle of the grass
So much fun!! I wish I could do Bedford again this year but the 205 is no where near ready Quaife diff hasn't arrived and I got let down on some coilovers last week so the search begins again! Will save it for Beds day in Feb

BUT the all time winner has to be Martins line (its more of a 'route') through the left right kink half way down the straight at Bedford. It has to be seen to be believed The only other people whohave tried it are Luke and Bo Duke! You can see a photo of it in the background

The car was repaired for Ł2k (mates rates ), so not as bad as it looked . It is the same guy that had the Z3 on hand controls last time at Bedford as well . Dave is a complete petrol head with a Nissan 350Z, 300Z, and Focus RS as well . A very and brave man .
