Default perspex windows/fitting/making?

i was thinking of at some point making some perspex windows but was wondering if theres and particular reason why iv seen alot of people screwing them to the car instead of using the window rubbers? cheers

perspex? no


if your having carbon inner door cards (like you mentioned on another thread)
use 2 outer weather strips at the bottom of each door


looks better

the rubbers were quite hard to get if i remeber right

i tracked some down from ford parts uk and some from ebay
so prices were a bit veried

looks standard mate, other than the scrathes that i have on them already

the main reason 4 bolting perspex windows in is because they have taken out the window windersto save on weight & strength

dont use perspex it cracks, you nee polycarbonate.
