If people are too weak to properly train or control thier animals then they should be taken away to be rehoused or more likely destroyed if they wont change.

I noticed round my way theres loads of chavs with rottwiellers who either dont know how to control them or who just neglect them/breed them to fight. I dont know when a rottwieller became a chav status symbol

Ginge is actually kind of right. Dogs work on the heirarchy. They don't have an ego as to where they are in the pecking order. They just need to know where they are. Once they've sorted whose in charge, they just get on with it.
