I need a new tripod for my camera
I have 2 already, but they are cheapy ones and there is far too much play in the neck and headstock and once the camera is mounted this play is amplified by the weight of the long lens thus making it difficult to make it stay steady and thus rendering pictures slightly blurred.
Can anyone reccomend a good tripod that isn't going to cost the earth - Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying for the right bit of kit, but don't want to spend hundreds

Top kit. All put together with obvious nuts & bolts etc no if anything needs tightening or replacing you can rather than just having to bit the whole thing
Hi peeps,
I recently purchased a Sony a200 as a first step into SLR photography,
However I was wondering what people used to carry there camera's around in, I was looking at a backpack but just wondered what others used. Don't want to spend much more than Ł50.
cheers

Zedtechs - I bought a Lowepro outdoor trekker (I think thats the model) bag off Ebay for my camera gear - cost me Ł40 delivered, but brand new the RRP is something like Ł120
- look for the bargains

time is always my downside!
i would say,, dont bother buying any lens at the mo,, for most of the stuff i play with the standard lens is fine! i would advise getting a circular polarizing filter for the front of it though! this polarizes the light, so you can get very nice blue skys and cuts down on reflected light!
