not sure about the focus but i know vauxhall pump repairs are bloody expensive due to the coil pack given a high voltage to the pump and fooking it up..

around £700 to £1000 to fix if done buy garage

tdci's have wires to the injectors, tddi's don't. how old is it? early tddi's don't need programing, did one last week on a v reg, just bolted it on,bled the fuel system and fired it up. think we charged about 1100 quid.

i did my old mans one a few months back and to do it right with all brnd new parts from ford cost my dad around £900 , its a very easy job .

if you use a new pump it will fire right up but if you use a secondhand one you will have to get it programmed .

if you do get a secondhand one make sure its got the same code as the one youve got .
