im so tempted to go for the PH2, but there seems to be such a following for the PH1, with always good opinions - the PH2 for me is purely the fact that it looks better!!

Me personally the ph1 looks loads better the ph2 looks to Nicole !!!!

Picked it up tuesday and enjoying it so far just startin to get a shoppin list together for it !!
Goin to do full service and cambelt next week !!

Ps just tryin to sort out the other thing ready for next year

Kev....enjoy doing the cambelt mate!!! I did the wise thing & did mine whilst the engine was out!! Make sure you do aux belt too!!

Kelv - I agree totally - Ph1s look poo compared to the much more modern looking Ph2s!!

Shings....why the fuck did you fit them!!??!!! You big HOM!!

Im doin both belts and tensioners and water pump too just gutted not got the money to put cams and verniers on too while im there

Kev3dr - no point fitting cams & verniers unless your going standalone or can get it remapped somewhere!

I've fitted a 182 manifold already!! Yes more or less straight fit - you'll have to mod the centre section though to meet the new manifold!! Difference - well you know what mine made on the RR!!!

I've got the following left to purchase....

Coilovers, cage & manifold adaptor for my Jenveys!!!

Kev- if its a track hack fuck all that shit- do it if you like it.

You need a set of wheels/tyres, full service, oil cooler, brake lines and pay for a track day.

- and i already had a black 3door sat outside next to the old black escos

i honestly think (personally) that if i bought a PH1 id always be thinking i could have had a newer model as a PH2, for me its going to be a everyday driver aswell as the odd day of fun.

Shings - grooved discs, Carbon Lorraine Pads, normal DOT 4 fluid here

Bazzon - lovely examples but I wish people would stop posting pics of Clios that are lower than mine - makes me just want to go out & blast money on coilovers! LOL!

I have the Same one on my 182, just can not tell due to the light, they are from Ktec.

My car is on the standard cup suspension 5mm lower, my brothers is on Sportlines 30-35mm lower then the track car is on AST coilovers, about a 60mm drop. Oh and the 1.2 was dropped 40mm on Koni springs iirc.

As for Brake, Both our road cars rum Max brembo discs with Ferrado Ds2500 Pads.

Track car runs Brembo high carbon discs (none groved) with Braided lines + ferrado DS2500 pads, Dot5.1 Fluid Ofc.
