Ztee24, thats where I'm planning on going (Oahu) just didn't know where abouts on the island is best to stay? Been looking at a lot of websites about the place and it does look very nice indeed. Just a lot of money from London! Hopefully going to go a few other places on the way such as San Fransico, Las Vegas, New York and maybe somewhere in Austrailia if I can find the time/money.

Went to Oahu a few years ago, absolutely loved it..........THE most laidback place in the world IMO, suited me right down to the ground If you do go there make sure you do the helicopter ride over the entire island, absolutely stunning, goes over the hills where they made part of Jurassic Park..........

Hawaii is Beautiful dude!! it IS the most laid back place!!! people actually waited for the light to turn green to cross (even when no cars are coming!) our first few days there we were still in "NYC" mode and walked like we were rushing to go somewhere! I over heard one of them saying oh look, they're speed walking! We stayed at a hotel right across from the Zoo, looking at Diamond Head! Awesome! The only thing is, if you would move there, they aren't very "Tuner" car friendly! the cops will stop peeps with lowered cars and racing type exhaust and harrass them.
