Basically after a few parts from several different vehicles.

Yes they have a fair stock imo, but you’ll need to bell them for parts

Clio column is just as good, as people want the earth for corsa ones as they know the rally boys use them.

Thats why they hold their price !
You can buy the control box for £30-£40 to make them work, but not seen anything for a clio etc yet?

Dep on type rec the Corsa C item sells at £80 - £100
Porsche brakes sell from £30 each up, but guessing you want a set of reds? so add a 0 on that set
Std clio 3 power column could be had for £40-£50
tt - mk4 ? golf? clock set £30 guess ?

he control unit should work on the clio too, as far as I can tell is just a potentiometer, regarding the partsm, yes 911 red rears, and actual dash from a mk4 or tt including cluster and all parts

Late Metro 3 or Rover 100, assuming they are diffo ? Multi point I take it?

They may well have a car or engine in stock to remove one from?
pm me if you have no joy and I will check

It may well work on the clio, but for physical size the Corsa unit is also much smaller then the Clio 3.

Corsa B btw but thats the only type I fitted before, but still much the same

Atleast when its cut down that is

Oh didn't realise there was a big size difference, that might be the deciding factor as I'm limited on space

This might give you a better idea of size of a Corsa unit ?
Thats why they hold their price ....

Before

After

The clio unit sits right up by the wheel and is much bulkier

Corsa one it is then, wonder if it's worth fitting the corse rack aswell as I need A rack anyway, will decide closer to the time on that bit, does the size vary from b to c corsa's ?either better?

Bucks/ Oxon
So some way from you.
But next day TNT is all they use, unless local delivery then £5 - £10 (or free if over £50 and a reg trade user!)
Or from + £15 up dep on size, weight.

So if you want a dust cap sent VIA TNT it will cost you min + £15 post lol
Or if you want a column sent VIA TNT it will still cost you + £15 lol

Corsa B unit (pre 2000) is smaller/ more compact and the one to have imo

btw, yes they do fail (steering heavy one way) but not that common.
I think a case of the position switch needing re setting on the column?
