au contraire, the discs fit just fine, the calipers can be made to fit but haven't heard any success stories....

richpon was arguing recently that the 4wd brakes were actually superior...

he was using maths n stuff so it all went right overmy head, but hopefully he'll shd some more light on the argument again

that wasy you wouldnt be replacing your BETTER brakes with WORSE brakes...

i'm still sure the 4pots gotta be better tho, there are 3 more pistons on them for starters... lol

I tried fitting 2wd discs on a 4x4 saph as a temp fix but couldnt get the fuckers to line up with the calipers at all, must have been doing summat wrong as usual

i've heard this argument before aswel jim, but i firmly believe that the 2wd are better, they stopped the car better, my 2wd stopped better than my current 4wd
they definately work better imo, more bite about them

ok rich pon was talking about erst calipers being better than 4wd calipers on 2wd discs on a erst i belive ( then i could be wrong )

as for 2wd calipers, yes they will work if ya sue the complete set up as in the hubs too , cant use 2wd calipers on 4wd hubs

but then if its 4wd then it might not actually work

PM brom@zoo and ask him what he can make for ya , he might be able to supply ya a bell and disk combo that allows ya to use the 2wd calipers

hes the man to speak to though as hes good at all that stuff

I was just reiterating a theory that I heard from sone who is far more technically minded than anyone I know.

It was to do with the old principle of force being applied as a measurement of force and area.

Remember the stilleto principle from school?
