Default Eaton Superchargers?

Does it matter which way up they are mounted, (Eaton m45 off a cooper S) or does it have to be a particular way for the oil in the gears?

Seen them fitted different ways up. Think they are ment to have the oil fill hole horizontal or at least it can be filled.

If you belive the oil will 150k and still be a lubricant free from impurities then fair do's. I guess you don't change your gear box oil either.

Not unless it says to - I work on the theory that the manufacturer is smarter than I am.
