RAD Cooling FAN....which one to get?
what are my options
i no longer have the cowling so a std fan not possible
i did buy a 10" fan, but it's crap,
i have only heard of spal and kenlowe
i have a 10" at the moment,
which should i go for? how much? and where from?

15K+ Super Poster!!
they just don't flow the same amount of air, using cheaper motors etc. Kenlowe and Spal pour a lot into R&D to get the most power from a given size. I suppose anyone can stick some blades on a motor, but to then optomise it takes time skill and money.

the cooling system on my car is pefect, new rad, flush about 10 times last year..lol
and runs perfect on track,
but once i driving in traffic and stop the fan just dont bring the temps down as soon as you drive off with in minutes the temp is perfect again.
when i checked the fan is was silent(still working) but didnt seem to blow much air

not being cheeky but is it wired up correctly?
as if the 2 wires are the wrong way around the fan will turn the wrong way and wont blow like you said and wont draw the warm air from the rad?
just in case mate, tell me to shut up if thats the 1st thing you did
