fiesta wont start in morning

it takes about 2 or 3 turns of the key.thought it might of
been the spark plugs or the fuel filter so changed them
and still no luck.it is a mk3 1.1 injection(just my run around)
any help would be welcome

try changing the distributor cap and rotor arm, worth a go, there only pennies

its injection mate.do they have a cold start valve or something simular.
