Hmmmmmm i had indian!

im a bit weird, i like the consistancy of a korma, BUT i like SPICY food! So, my local indian does me a Korma... but HOT!

So i had, Korma, plain rice, garlic naan and 2 poppadoms with onion salad, all for the grand total of £8!

Not entirely true as your body goes into starvation mode which means means your body will put on fat quicker with subsequent meals. So I read anyway.

I'm over 4 stone lost this year now mate, gym is deffo the way forward. But you have to eat right as well - you can eat loads as long as you eat the right things.
