Default P0133 fault code

Hi all, this fault code has popped up in my ecu. I know it is a lambda sensor, but which one? Pre or post cat? Have had a search around on the www, and it seems to be coming up with conflicting answers!

Thanks all

Rich

Bank 1, sensor 1 is post cat.

Bank 1, sensor 0 is pre-cat on most cars.

Can't be 3 lambda sensors can there?

i have never heard of sensor 3 personally u can have 4 sensors fitted i.e for a v6 etc but usually it will be broken down as sensor 1 bank 1 or sensor 2 bank 1 then sensor 1 bank 2 and sensor 2 bank 2 bank 1 would be for example cylinders 1,3,5 and bank 2 for 2,3and 6

I had that one mate and found it to be the green one lol. I think one is with blue cabling and one green and it was the green one that was fucked but can't remember where it was. Have a look and see which one it is. P0133 was the fault code on mine too.

I cant remember right now but I have a slight feeling it's post cat as the blue one I remember being pre cat although I'll check in a little while to make sure.

Just a cheapo ebay jobbie.

search for ODB2 code readers.

Think I paid £20 delivered for mine......thats less than 1/2 what a garage charge for 1 diagnosis session.

Cheers
