Default Custom looms- what sort of £££

As title really, but with a slight difference...

What sort of cash would you think it cost for a loom, or looms, to run the whole car, rather than an engine loom?

But a carb fed car, so much more basic in that respect.

Ignition, starter, front and rear lights, indicators, brake lights, fuel pumps, dash dials, ign cutoffs, and associated switches, not much else really, all run from a battery in boot. Possibly water inj and nitrous.

No interior lights barring dash ones, no blowers, no ECU or injectors, no central locking or electric windows.

Ive no idea what a custom engine loom would cost, never mind something like this.

And who does this sorta stuff? All I know of is Ryan doing his cossie ones.

TBH if the job is done well and a good price, its worth the money to trailer a car up there.

What that sort of money is, I dont know!

Right, if I was going for a FULL car loom, working everything, lights, everything (well, its basic, wont be windows etc, a single speed wiper will do, etc etc), not jus a bay loom, is there any reason NOT to remove all the current loom myself?

Its getting on my tits at mo, getting right in the way of my work...

Mint, that sounds like what I want.

So you have literally removed it all and just gonna take the car to him once all else is done and in yeah?

fraser quoted me a very good price for an engine loom, and i think the dash stuff too.

so far ive stripped right back the car loom to just the lighting circuits, but if hes not much more for all that, then i think i might get the whole car done!

same as you too, just lights and engine and dash stuff

only thing is, he IS fucking miles away

but then, he does do the M sport cars, so must be worth the effort!
