bollx mate hes taking on children and the court will see that,,,,, the court is ALWAYS gonna side with children, giving them a room is giving them a home,,,, taking them out of a hostle is taking them OFF the housing list then they will have to go back on it and so the court WILL rule that they can live there UNTIL then find suitable accomodation

what i DO wanna know is why shes in a hostel anyway ? as if she lived with the partner before HE would have been given the marching orders aswell for the place meaning shes obv moved out before which MIGHT help you

though shes gonna have proper messed up kids if they NEVER have a place they can call home from a young age

 

if you think things are gonna go tits up just dont bother moving her and the kids in at all if i was single staying by myself and i met a bird with 2 kids it wouldnt bother me about the 2 kids bit i would help them out to get a place etc then take it from there i wouldnt go rushing in to move this bird in especially if your house is at risk and at the end of the day lots of people have brief relationships where you think you love the person etc and when you really get to know them they arent the person you first thought but by then shes up the duff moved in met the parents etc and thats when the fireworks start and jeremy kyle gets a bell.
some people have regrets in their relationships make sure you dont have any about yours cos it could cost you in the long run.

even in marrige the kids will over rule a prenup im afraid,, you WILL keep ownership of the house but the kids will need somewhere to live so you wont be able to kick her out

hes not talking about paying for another persons child at all,,, its about making children holmeless from there home as the CHILD sees it,,,, with no other alternative but sheltered accomodation,,,, now as they come off the housing list thats where the snag comes in, she will be allowed to stay there until she finds somewhere else to live,,,,, after 2 years together she will legally be entitled to half too

remember you ARE taking the kids on,, now you may not be required to pay BUT you will be responsible for them being homeless

Doesn't work like that Ginge. Trust me mate, I was there when my brother's ex wife got punted by her boyfriend. Judge said it was up to my brother to house her, until she was on the council list. The boyfriend had no obligations, legally, for her or the kids.

She was a raving slag right enough, but the same thing in principle.
