rab remember that theres NEVER a garanteed answer when it comes to court, some times judges so WILD things remember,,,, i LEGALLY got half custody of my first child YET she got the house,,, means I had to find somewhere to live for my child to live with me half the time,,, cause the kid needs a home ????

she aint moved out of her parents house,, shes came out of sheltered accomodation to MOVE IN with her kids,,,, so hes TAKEN them in, he can get them out but WILL have to deal with them till she does, he WONT me made to move out how ever UNLESS she claims hes violent,,,, so he should keeps some of hes history personal that could be used against him
