Worst case scenario is that you split up. You have no responsibility to her kids mate. Get her to sign a document saying she waives her rights to your house and possesions if you split. Badda bing.
bollx mate hes taking on children and the court will see that,,,,, the court is ALWAYS gonna side with children, giving them a room is giving them a home,,,, taking them out of a hostle is taking them OFF the housing list then they will have to go back on it and so the court WILL rule that they can live there UNTIL then find suitable accomodation
what i DO wanna know is why shes in a hostel anyway ? as if she lived with the partner before HE would have been given the marching orders aswell for the place meaning shes obv moved out before which MIGHT help you
though shes gonna have proper messed up kids if they NEVER have a place they can call home from a young age
