Simon likes his higher comp ratioswhats the spec of the inlet cam? is it similar to a bd 14?

And i suppose u run with valve cut outs

Good power for the spec

What base fuel pressure and injector duty are you running? One or both of them must be quite high?

555cc @ 3bar @ 85% @ 0.5BSFC = 359bhp
555cc @ 3bar @ 100% @ 0.5BSFC = 422bhp
You'd have been better with 700cc injectors for that power.

Jap cars tend to limit injectors to about 80ish% duty (so I'd have thought Norris might stick to that) as above that increases failure rate (allegedly). So the base pressure must be quite high? What pressure do cossies normally run?

You'd have been better with 700cc injectors for that power.
what you hannt allowed for in your calculation is that at 2 bar boost, fuel pressure will rise by an equal amount so fuel pressure at 2 bar will be 5.5 bar

Fuel pressure will be 5.5bar that's true, but the pressure difference over the injector will be 3.5bar since there is 2bar pressure in the inlet manifold, so the pressure injector is working, is the same 3.5bar all the time.
