I dont think he expects to get £2750 for it though. Its just what people do, then the buyer thinks there getting a bargain if they get it for much less. Also, no doubt he'll get people offer him much less than that anyway

i emailed him asking if it was a typing mistake, he said no but would take 2500 if it was quck cash
so i emailed him from another account asking if he was stark raving bonkers
