Default Whats best for removing brake fluid?

Hi all

Had a brake fluid leak on the focus, its run down the pipe and collected on the top of the subframe. Brake fluid being brake fluid, its taken all the paint off the subframe, leaving it bare metal. Had it up on a ramp and tried removing the fluid before repainting the subframe. I've used a degreaser, but its leaving an oily residue behind. Whats the best stuff to use to get rid of it all, so i can paint it?

Thanks
Rich
