unlucky about the bank tho mate.. but thats what happens if you dont repay or honor your commitment.

 

they gave me 2 days notice of taking us to court to bankrupt us

 

get a trusted friend or familly member to buy the car for say a pound as long as you have a receipt saying you no longer own the car you should be ok , other than that day sale on e bay ??

i paid all of mine off except for the bank as i owed them around 20 g s
and have been doing this for 3 yrs

they owe me some where between 6-10 gs

but being a bank they can stall lie and ignore

all i wanted was for them to ofset what they owed me against what i owed them and then reloan the rest .

they wanten me to reloan without the ofset

and pay them for 10 yrs

the billynocar is because i didn`t have a car at the time

and most of the 20 is interest and charges that they said they would freeze years ago but now magicaly they have`nt

the reason y is
my son was born 4 mths prem and spent 4 mths on life support had open heart surgary and my wife sufferd spinal nerve damage during birth aswell as being given the wrong blood
i had to look after my 2 girls while my wife recoverd so no money from her and no overtime for me ment a crap time allaround

cant get legal aid as my earnings are above there threshold

and cant afford a laywer

the man that rang from the bank / baliffe would not even tell us which court it was being held

he just wanted to know if we owned our hse or had a expensive car

 

its a long shot mate but i will speak to my cousin and see if he will represent you.

i just get to me when people assume i am the typy that doesent pay his depts

i`ve had a job of 1 description or another since i was 7-8

as our dad pissed off and left us with nothing

and i have never been on benafits

the stress is nearly too much

i have lost 3 1/2 stone since it all started

cos when times are hard i would not eat so my wife and kids could

 

normaly i would`nt stick my head in the sand

but there is only so much 1 person can take and i am at the end of my wits about what to do

we dont have much in our hse most of our stuff is for the kids

we bought them a wii and some ds`s for there birthdays

if they touch them i will do them with the crossbow

selina still has problems walking and has to use crutches sometimes

liam has a condition called cronic lung desise as his lungs were under developed when he was born they gave him 30/70

when he had open heart they told us if he started to bleed ther would not be anything they could do cos he weighed less than a half bag of sugar
they would not be able to get it in as fast as he would bleed it out

then they asked me to sign the concent form

the hardest decision i ever had to make in my life

his bed in the incubator was a head rest from the baby carseat he was so small and tiny

i had to feed him with a suringe through his belly

sorry to hear of your probs. nice cab by the way used to have a g plate xr3i with 21k on the clock 2 years ago till some tit went up the back of it and wrote it off

 

selina rang them up today they said they had been to court and have reduced her loan from 6.5 to 3.5 wtf

then they asked her to pay it she said we couldnt give u a tenner cos u have left us in the shi*

they said they will give us till the 25th to find a way of paying and that they may be able to reduce it further

only thing i can think of is the judge has wiped all there charges

hopefully they will do the same for the overdraught and my loan

i`m still none the wiser as to what is happening
