Arnt the blue ray players on the PS quite low quality for blue ray? Read somewhere that it cant handle it as good as the dedicated blue ray players.

 

that perhaps won't be noticed by most owners as they are probably plugging the ps3 into a 480 tv lol

You are not the only one with a fucked PS3. Mine shit itself 2 months back after owning it for 4 months from new.

Called Sony and it was replaced with a new one in 4 days.

 

Tony just wont accept the fact the PS3 is far better than the xbox...

x boxs are stupidly loud and have a gay controller. my ps3 stoped reading discs took it back to shop got a new one never had a problem since.

 

i have 2 x boxes and 1 ps3 so i am not biased you on the other hand only have a ps3 each has it's own merits and reliability doesn't seem to be good for either make lol

 

Nope, totally wrong. The PS3 has come out top on nearly every test against dedicated Blu-Ray players. It's also the only one on the market that's future proof because it can get updates via the internet.

 

I hope we're not getting into a reliability battle here.. lol

I've had two 360's break and have an Elite just now that I'm almost scared to turn on. PS is on constantly and it even got pulled off its shelf thanks to the dog when I had the controller on charge and it works fine. Nice and cool..

 

Xbox 360's are like old Fords you just dont know when there going to break down

 

all i can say is it's a good job microsoft and sony don't make cars
