no they aint admitting shite,,, and tbh as i insured the car before i picked it up and i bought the car on impulse i cant be sure i told them the correct reg if im honest !
im pissed off that ive proven its a mistake so the matter sould be delt with,, if it was a mistake and i WASNT insured for what ever reason, yeah ok ill suffer that but i WAS insured,,, policy was running and still is running

if you now have a policy with the correct reg and having come into effect before all this happened then the judge should find you not guilty of the charge.
looks like you will take the hit for all the costs though.
