I have a spare single garage on my house i have bought, (having a double built on other side). Its only the width of a standard door so no use for working on cars, but would be ok for storing car or stock/junk. There plenty of parking where i live so that option is probably out, but it is in nice coldasack(sp) and have got 24hr cctv covering area. Just curious what people realistically might pay to rent this? Just an idea really? £30 a week maby? more/less

i pay £8.50 a week for mine and my mate whos got a 5 car lockup/garage pays £70 a month thats in northampton btw

in dorset. There are some garages just round the corner so i might ask someone there what they pay or rent them for.

mine has access to the house, full electrics/heating/hot&cold water supply and has a half carpeted floor...yours to rent for £650 a month!
