Default Unbelievable DVLA competence

I got an envelope (do you say 'envelope', or 'onvelope'?) through the letterbox today from DVLA as the tax is up at the end of the month on one of my bikes and one of my cars - i could not believe it when i opened it to see that both were in the same envelope!

i never imagined that an organisation like DVLA could be so competent

Unbelievable!

I used to get my two different credit card bills (same Card Co) on the same day in two different envelopes. Then they worked out both of the Simons @ 49 Yew Tree blah blah were me and sent them in one. Genius.

Now they are back to sending 2 again, on the same day. Buffoons.

Why would any non-retarded person say "onvelope" by the way? The EN at the start (rather than an ON) would give a clue as to the pronunciation....

Sounds good!
When I sent my licence off to have hgv provisional on it it came back without, and I was driving round for weeks on L plates and no licence.
Didn't think to check they'd put it on, as that's all they had to do
