d.i.y head porting..........
.......never been a fan of engineering things done in ur shed............but the bloke who built my engine (i said no to head work).......has just had one of his heads do 500+ on the rollers................he did it for dicko,but he sold it on..........................i've allways went on about "flow tests" but this seems to prove it can be done well...................(with a dremel.....

as long as they are equaly sized you cant go wrong realy may muck up the flow rate but aslong as they are equal the bores get the same amount of air

I don't think getting 500hp is such a issue tbh, I would imagine how its ported will also help the engine make the power in the right area if the build is specced right

for a bare head £400................if he has to strip it and build it back up....£500.....it will take about a week,but plan on 2weeks cos it depends on what else he is doing as he builds engines for people aswell..........

absolute mint bloke as well,got time for anyone. heard he is brilliant at what he does.a friend of mine with a Monte who`s engine he`s building said his advice n that is quality as well,which is important

.............he's just a good bloke thats been building cars n engines forever (in his real job aswell)...................he built my bottom end and when it was mapped, Ahmed asked who did it and said it was mint.............
